Peru to implement national chemicals law, Seeks Public Comments by October 24

Peru drafted regulations for the classification, reporting, and prioritization of hazardous substances under the National Chemical Law, requiring manufacturers and importers to register hazardous substances according to the sixth revision of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS 6). The deadline for public comments is October 24.
