GHS Classification Search

In Chemradar, GHS classification search allows our users to obtain GHS classification information (such as hazard class and category and pictogram) of chemicals in worldwide countries and regions by entering CAS number, substance name in Chinese and English. The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS), also known as GHS Purple Book, has been developed to provide an internationally agreed system for hazard classification of chemical products and further protect the environment and human. Different countries have adopted different building blocks both in terms of hazard class and category prescribed in GHS. GHS also sets criteria for the classification of chemical hazards and offers protective measures through labels and safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS).
