Minnesota Delays Enforcement of Lead, Cadmium and PFAS Limits in Certain Products

Due to industry concerns and compliance challenges, Minnesota has postponed the implementation of its 2023 law restricting the use of PFAS and limiting lead and cadmium in certain products, extending the compliance deadline to July 2025.
