(EU) Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/2462 amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards undecafluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA), its salts and PFHxA-related substances

This Regulation amends Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the Regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals, known as the REACH Regulation) by adding entry 79 — restrictions on undecafluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA), its salts, and PFHxA-related substances. It applies to manufacturers or importers within the EU engaged in the manufacture, placing on the market, or use of undecafluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA), its salts, and PFHxA-related substances.
