EU regulation classification,labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures

This regulation sets forth general provisions, hazard classification of chemicals, label requirements, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), packaging requirements, hazard information communication, harmonized classification and labeling of substances and mixtures, and the competent authorities and enforcement, and is applicable to manufacturers, importers, and downstream users in the European Union for the classification, labeling, packaging, and notification of substances and mixtures on the market.
