Five New Chemicals Added to Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals

On 21 March 2025, the Australian government announced that five industrial chemicals were officially added to the Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals (AIIC) under Section 82 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019. This measure marks the formal inclusion of these substances into the inventory after they completed safety assessments and held valid assessment certificates for five years.
