(Turkey) Manufacturers or importers of chemicals (chemical itself, chemical used in mixtures, or chemical intentionally released) are required to register with the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning (MoEU). If not, they are not allowed to continue manufacturing, importing or selling this chemical from January 1, 2024. Currently, pre-registrations are still valid before the deadline.

(b) October 2028: For substances listed on the UK SVHC list before the previous submission deadline (October 27, 2026) (c) October 2030: For all substances produced or imported in quantities of 1 ton or more per year.
(Turkey) Manufacturers or importers of chemicals (chemical itself, chemical used in mixtures, or chemical intentionally released) are required to register with the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning (MoEU). Otherwise they will not be able to continue manufacturing, importing, or selling the chemical in Turkey. Currently, trade can be conducted through pre-registration before the deadline. The pre-registration tonnages and the registration deadline are different for different tonnages.
(a) The registration deadline is December 31, 2026, if any of the following conditions are met:
-- Substances with annual production or import volumes of ≥1000 tpa;
-- Substances with annual production or import of ≥100 tpa, and substances with hazard classification including aquatic acute 1 and/or aquatic chronic 1 (H400, H410);
-- Substances with annual production or import of ≥1 tpa, and substances that are carcinogenic, mutagenic and/or toxic to the reproductive system and are classified as a Class 1A or 1B hazard under the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation ((EC) No 1272/2008).
(b) Within the period not affecting the term of subparagraph (a), substances produced or imported in quantities of ≥100 tpa per year shall be registered until 31 December 2028.
(c) Within the period not affecting the terms of subparagraphs (a) and (b), substances produced or imported in quantities of ≥1 tpa per year shall be registered until December 31, 2030.
