Thailand List of Hazardous Substances
The Hazardous Substances Act (HSA) is one of the main legislative pieces in the chemical management in Thailand, which is regulated by the Department of Agriculture (DOA), Department of Fishery (DOF), Department of Livestock Development (DOLD), Food and Drug Agency (FDA), Department of Industrial Works (DIW), and Department of Energy Business (DOEB). In December 2022, Thailand released the Hazardous Substances Act (HSA) (the sixth version) which covers a total of 1,608 hazardous substances.
