National Inventory of Chemical Substances in Mexico
Mexico National Inventory of Chemical Substances can be used to distinguish existing chemicals and new chemicals, which aims to improve chemicals management in Mexico and better protect the environment and human health. The Mexico government also plans to use the database to compare the management of hazardous substances in Mexico to that in North America, to support the implementation of the UN Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (Saicm) and other international chemicals initiatives. Mexico has not yet promulgated relevant regulations to stipulate specific obligations, please keep an eye on subsequent developments.
