Philippine List of High Volume Chemicals (HVCs)

"The List of High Volume Chemicals (HVCs) are regulated substances published by the Philippine Environmental Management Authority (EMB). In accordance with the EMB MC 2017-010, High Production (Volume) Chemicals are chemicals substances already in commerce which are manufactured or imported or used in the Philippines in quantity more than 500 MT per year. Because of its high volumes, HVCs are considered to have a higher exposure to human and the environment. This list is given in Annex I of EMB MC 2017-010, which provides substance names, IUPAC names and CAS numbers."
