Introduction of GCIS
Banned chemicals are extremely hazardous chemicals on the list and are prohibited in any supply chain in Vietnam except in exemption circumstances. The list is made under the Law on chemicals (Order No.06/2007/QH12) and was entered into force on July 1, 2008.
