China,Taiwan List of Priority Management Chemicals-Appendix 2 (version 2.2)

The priority management chemicals in Taiwan is regulated by the Regulations for Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals (hereinafter referred to as the Priority Management Regulations) under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, which has been officially implemented since January 1, 2015. Chemicals included in the list of priority management chemicals are prescribed in Provision 2 of Article 2 of the Priority Management Regulations, which cover a total of 889 chemicals prescribed in Annex 2 of the Priority Management Regulations.
