Update of EU GHS Classification-Annex VI to CLP (ATP22) -Mar 20,2025

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has released the 22nd Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) of Annex VI to the CLP Regulation, which shall apply from 1 May 2026. This update includes revisions to the harmonized classification and labeling for certain chemical substances based on the latest scientific data. The labels and safety data sheets (SDS) for relevant products must be updated accordingly to ensure compliance by the effective date. Please review your product inventory and prepare for the necessary adjustments.
