On April 1, 2024, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) of Japan jointly announced the removal of five chemical substances (a total of 10 entries) from the priority assessment list. These substances have been delisted from the Priority Assessment Chemicals list.
