List of Hazardous Chemicals Prohibited, Restricted and Controlled in Beijing is available-Mar 22,2024

On January 15, 2024, with the consent of the Municipal government, the Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and other seven departments jointly issued the "Beijing Municipal Hazardous Chemicals Prohibition, Restriction and Control Measures (2024 version)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), and took effect on April 1, 2024.

The "Measures" is an important measure for Beijing to further strengthen the safety supervision of hazardous chemicals, prevent and resolve the safety risks of hazardous chemicals, and has very important practical significance for preventing hazardous chemical safety accidents from the source, reducing the safety risks of urban operation, and ensuring the safety and stability of the capital.

The "Measures" stipulate the prohibition, restriction and control measures of hazardous chemicals in Beijing and apply to the work safety and related supervision and management activities of the units engaged in production and business activities in the administrative area of Beijing (hereinafter referred to as the units).
