EU List of CMR Substances is available-Jan 2,2024

The EU has updated its list of CMR substances, with the latest version being Regulation (EU) 2023/1132, officially published by the European Commission (ECHA) on its website on June 8, 2023. This regulation updates the list of Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, or Reprotoxic (CMR) substances in Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).
