Is it mandatory for enterprises to provide a hazardous characteristics classification identification report for the export of chemicals?
A

According to the "Announcement on Issues Concerning the Inspection and Supervision of Imported and Exported Hazardous Chemicals and the Packaging Thereof" (Announcement No. 129, 2020), the hazardous characteristics classification identification report is a required document for the declaration of export hazardous chemicals. If the goods are confirmed to be chemicals listed in the "Catalog of Hazardous Chemicals (2015)", the enterprise must provide this report.
