Japan's New Policy: Enterprises Required to Strictly Report 131 Newly Added Chemicals

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan, under the Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA), added 131 new substances to the newly announced chemical list, disclosing their names, chemical structures, and ISHA numbers. These newly announced chemicals must be notified to the MHLW before manufacturing or importing.
