What documents are required when purchasing explosive precursors?

Documents to be provided

1. Business license of the purchasing entity and sales contract;

2. Dangerous chemicals operation permit (required only for dealers, and the products purchased must be within the scope of the permit);

3. Power of attorney signed by the legal representative and stamped with the company seal, specifying the name, specification, quantity, and purpose of the explosive precursors to be purchased, as well as a photocopy of the authorized person's ID card and contact number;

4. Template of legal use certificate and the "Notice on the Purchase of Explosive Precursors".
