Business license;

Copies of the legal representative's and the entity's person in charge's ID cards and contact information;

Power of attorney, copies of the handler's ID card, and contact information;

The entity's internal management system for precursor chemicals;

Basic information, copies of ID cards, and contact information of the warehouse administrators (two-person, two-lock system) for storing precursor chemicals;

Safety disposal plan in case of fire, theft, or other incidents in the precursor chemicals warehouse;

Purchase and sales contract;

Proof of legitimate use.

Copy of the business license;

Copy of the legal representative's ID card and contact information;

Dangerous chemicals production/operation permit;

Non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals operation filing certificate.
