Hello, for the export of nail polish, HS code 330430002, a customs declaration must be provided with an electronic account issued after passing the inspection and quarantine. Additionally, according to the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 129, 2020 on "Announcement on Issues Concerning the Inspection and Supervision of Imported and Exported Hazardous Chemicals and the Packaging Thereof", for the export of hazardous chemicals that meet the limited quantity requirements, there is no need to provide the "Exit Cargo Transportation Packaging Performance Inspection Result Form" when filing an inspection.
