Canada Announces Final Amendments to Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products Regulations

The revised Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products Regulations update definitions, refine testing and compliance requirements, set laboratory accreditation standards, and adjust procedures for managing and reporting formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products, strengthening regulation in Canada. The regulations take effect 90 days after publication in Part II of the Canada Gazette.
