Specific Q: Which of the "three forms" mentioned in the document "State Administration of Work Safety, Document No. 179 [2012]" - "specializing in hazardous chemical storage operations, operating hazardous chemicals with storage facilities, and operating hazardous chemicals without storage facilities" - applies to hazardous chemical enterprises with storage facilities that do not constitute a significant hazard source? Thank you!

A: Hello, according to the current "Measures for the Administration of the Permits for Trading in Hazardous Chemicals" (State Administration of Work Safety Order No. 55), the business model for hazardous chemical enterprises with storage facilities that do not constitute a significant hazard source is "operating without storage facilities." Recently, after the revised "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" was implemented, the Ministry of Emergency Management is organizing the revision of related supporting departmental regulations.
