Is dilute sulfuric acid considered a hazardous chemical?

Specific Q: Sulfuric acid is listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals. After dilution with water to prepare a 0.025M dilute sulfuric acid, does it still qualify as a hazardous chemical? In the laboratory, should it be managed as a general chemical or still be managed as a hazardous chemical?
