According to customs regulations, hazardous chemicals are declared as legal inspection goods. For imported hazardous chemicals that are intended to be exported and sold to other countries, how should the legal inspection and quarantine be declared?

For the re-export of imported hazardous chemicals, if it is confirmed that they do not belong to the category of discarded hazardous chemicals, they should be declared in accordance with the inspection and supervision of exported hazardous chemicals. The consignor or their agent of the exported hazardous chemicals should provide the necessary documents to the customs when declaring the inspection, as required by the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 129, 2020.
