Japan Announces Schedule for Consultations on Toxicity Assessments of New Chemical Substances

Japan announced that companies can consult with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of the Environment prior to submitting notifications for new chemical substances. This is to verify the effectiveness of toxicity assessments, and a schedule for these consultations was published.
