What are the qualifications for applicants for the approval of transboundary movements of hazardous wastes?

1. Hazardous waste producers: those who actually generate the hazardous waste intended for export must submit their business license;

2. Hazardous waste collectors, storers, disposers, or utilizers: their scope of business must cover the hazardous waste intended for export, and they must submit a hazardous waste management license.
