How should explosive precursors be stored?

According to Article 26 of the "Measures for the Public Security Management of Precursor Chemicals," which came into effect on August 10, 2019 (Ministry of Public Security Order No. 154), explosive precursors must be stored in accordance with national standards and specifications in enclosed, semi-enclosed, or open-air storage facilities specifically designated for hazardous chemicals. They should be stored separately based on the properties of the chemicals, in different zones, categories, and warehouses. Educational, scientific research, medical, and testing institutions that use explosive precursors may store them in storage rooms or cabinets, with the amount stored in a single room or cabinet not to exceed 50 kilograms.
