India Delays Implementation of Quality Control Order for Morpholine Again

The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC) in India delayed the implementation of the Quality Control Order (QCO) for morpholine once again, originally scheduled to take effect on August 1 of this year, to May 1, 2025.
