Operators with a General License must report the usage of the license every six months during its validity period and within 30 days after the expiration of the license to the Ministry of Commerce and its delegated provincial commerce departments. The report should include details such as the export dates, types, specifications, quantities, trade methods, destination countries (regions), importers, end-users, end-uses, transport routes, and customs ports of the dual-use items and technologies.
