Japan Releases Final Revision of the Positive List for Synthetic Resins and Additives

Recently, the Cabinet Office of Japan issued Notice No. 128, revising the Positive List initially released in Notice No. 324 of 2023 by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The revision updates the special requirements and material grouping quantity limits for 4 existing substances and adds 13 new additives to the list.
