Japan Announces 2025 Notification Schedule for New Chemical Substance

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Ministry of the Environment (MOE), and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan announced the 2025 notification schedule for new chemical substances under the Chemical Substances Control Law (CSCL), applicable to those produced or imported in quantities exceeding one ton per year.
