What chemicals are prohibited from being transported under the "Yangtze River Protection Law" implemented on March 1, 2021?

The chemicals banned from transportation under the "Yangtze River Protection Law" include: chemicals marked as "highly toxic" in the remarks column of the "Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals(2015)"; 228 types of hazardous chemicals that are completely banned from transportation on inland waterways as specified in the "China List of Hazardous Chemicals Prohibited from Inland Waterway Transport (2019)"; and another 85 types of hazardous chemicals listed in the "China List of Hazardous Chemicals Prohibited from Inland Waterway Transport (2019)" that are prohibited from being transported in bulk.
