Canada Announces Priority Assessment List for Chemicals under Proposed CEPA Plan

The draft plan under the 1999 Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) was announced, which includes a potential priority review of 14 substances and 18 chemical categories. The public comment period is 60 days, with a deadline of December 4, 2024.
