South Korea Revises Designation of Restricted and Prohibited Substances

On September 26, 2024, the Ministry of Environment in South Korea issued Notice 2024-612, revising the designation of restricted and prohibited substances. This revision primarily involves lead compounds, methylene chloride, and white asbestos. The public may submit comments to the Ministry until October 16, 2024.
