For toy products containing batteries, is it necessary to affix a battery label when shipping? What are the requirements for the battery label?

According to the "International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code," batteries, battery packs, and batteries installed in devices must meet the requirements of Class 9 dangerous goods. Their labeling must comply with the requirements specified in Special Provision 188.
