South Korea Publishes Hazards, Annual Production and Import Volumes of New Chemical Substances

On September 26, 2024, the Ministry of Employment and Labor of South Korea, under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, issued Announcement No. 2024-379, disclosing a list of new chemical substances, their hazards, annual manufacturing and import volumes, and measures taken to prevent harm to workers' health.
