The methods for obtaining the "Notice of Environmental Management Release for the Import (Export) of Toxic Chemicals" are (the following methods should be specified in the "Remarks" section of the application form):

(1) Mailing: Sent to the company by registered mail;

(2) Self-pickup: The contact person on the application form picks it up in person (must carry an ID) or sends another staff member with an authorization letter to collect it;

(3) Cash on delivery: The release notice is sent via express delivery paid on delivery.
