Chemical Law Amendment Draft of Vietnam Nearly Complete

The amendment draft of Vietnam's Chemical Law has been essentially completed and will be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the National Assembly for review in October 2024. The draft contains 89 articles, covering everything from basic regulations on chemical management to specific management measures.
