According to the "Measures for the Administration of the Permits for Trading in Hazardous Chemicals (2015 Amendment)" and the "Implementation Guide for the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2015) (Trial)", if the business items meet the definition and determination principles of hazardous chemicals but are not included in the "Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2015)", there is no need to apply for a hazardous chemical business license.
