What documents are required for the application of import and export licenses for dual-use items and technologies?

The application materials generally include:

  1. Application Form for Import and Export License of Sensitive Items and Technologies;
  2. Identity proofs of the legal representative, key management personnel, and the handler from the applicant;
  3. Copies of contracts, agreements, or other supporting documents;
  4. Technical specifications of the items intended for export;
  5. End-user and end-use certifications (including Chinese translations);
  6. Description of the end-user situation (including Chinese translations);
  7. Other documents required by the competent commercial department of the State Council.
