South Korea Updates Regulations on Classification and Labeling of Toxic Substances and Chemicals

On August 30, 2024, the National Institute of Chemical Safety (NICS) in South Korea issued Notices No. 2024-34 and No. 2024-35, revising the Designated Toxic Substances and the Regulations on the Classification and Labelling of Chemicals under the Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals and the Chemicals Control Act.
