Japan Announces Declaration Requirements for Designated Substances in 2025

According to the Chemical Weapons Prohibition Act, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan recently issued a notice regarding the planned production and usage amounts of designated substances in 2025, requiring relevant enterprises to declare and submit notifications by September 30, 2024.
