When exporting small quantities of adhesives containing hazardous materials (under 1000g), are there any regulations that need to be complied with? Are the "one enterprise, one product, one code" system and the EU's SCIP the same kind of regulation?

Currently, there is no exemption based on the quantity of goods. If registration of hazardous chemicals is required, a QR code is necessary. This QR code concept is completely different from SCIP. SCIP primarily targets hazardous substances within products, whereas "one enterprise, one product, one code" targets the hazards associated with the product itself.
