Is registration and the affixing of a QR code required when the signal word on the GHS label is 'Danger'?
Date:Aug 27, 2024

The requirement to register and affix a QR code is not directly related to the signal word of "Danger" or "Warning". It depends on whether the substance meets the definition of a hazardous chemical. Generally, if labeled as "Danger", it likely meets the definition of a hazardous chemical and would require hazardous chemical registration, including the affixing of a QR code.
