No. After the competent environmental department of the State Council makes a decision on the new use environmental management registration, it will be made public on the official website of the environmental authorities of the State Council in accordance with Article 32 of the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 12).
