Personal accounts registered on the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's government services platform (http://zwfw.mee.gov.cn/ecdomain) cannot be used for the environmental management registration of new chemical substances. It is necessary to use a corporate registered account to log in and submit matters related to new chemical substances.
