When submitting chemical substance identification information, the following aspects should be emphasized:
- Consistency in the Chinese name, English name, CAS number, molecular formula, and structural formula;
- If applying for protection of identification information, the generic name should be compiled according to the "Guidelines for the generic name of new chemical substances";
- Pay attention to spaces, hyphens, subscripts, and superscripts in chemical names; do not add punctuation at the end of the name;
- For chemicals with a uniquely determined molecular structure, provide the SMILES code;
- Pay attention to the subscripts in the molecular formula.
