The application form should be filled out completely and in accordance with the instructions, with particular attention to the following aspects:

1. Ensure consistency in the information provided before and after;
2. For applications not intended for export, fill in the actual information of the domestic processing user;
3. If the application is for use as an intermediate in pesticides, pharmaceuticals, or veterinary drugs, provide detailed explanations of the intermediate status, downstream processing and use, and final product information;
4. Ensure that the information related to test data is consistent with the test report;
5. Describe any data that meets the exemption clauses of the "Guidelines for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" in the results description section of the application form.
