If a chemical product is not listed in the "Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China," will it be added to the inventory after applying for registration?

No. According to Article 44 of the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 12), new chemical substances registered through simplified procedures and filings are not included in the "Inventory."
